Training Goals: Tiffany and Michy are sisters that do everything together. We met on set during a filming for Trevmonki and that was when I realised they couldn't remember the last time they exercised haha!

Soon after, they started training with me with the objective of getting fitter and building lean muscle where it matters. It wasn't an easy journey as they have irregular sleeping hours due to tough editing work overnight. We managed to carve out a programme in which they train x2 a week. Each time I will incorporate buddy workouts to keep the enthusiasm and passion for fitness going. They have definitely build enough strength and power now so dont be fooled by their cute appearances.
